Tyam was contracted to construct a mixed commercial and residential development. Our scope of work consisted of bulk/detail excavation of seven buildings (estimated volume = 88,000m3) including standard and permanent shotcrete and anchors systems for six buildings.

Additional work associated with the project was on-site utilities installation (storm/sanitary/water), new roadways and retaining walls.

Off-site works consisting of utilities installation, new roadworks and concrete curbing and sidewalks, street lights, signals, and retaining walls.

Tyam was contracted to construct a mixed commercial and high rise residential development. Our scope of work consisted of the bulk/detail excavation and shotcrete shoring/underpinning and anchors for an approximate 45’ deep excavation (estimated volume = 42,000m3).

Tyam was contracted to construct a high rise hotel (Parcel 5), a mixed commercial and high rise residential development on Parcel 6, 11 & 12. Our scope of work consisted of the bulk/detail excavation and shotcrete shoring/underpinning and anchors for an approximate 30’ to 40’ deep excavation (estimated volume = 31,000m3 Parcel 5, estimated volume = 46,000m3 Parcel 6, estimated volume = 50,000m3 Parcel 11 & 12).
